**Your Role**: As an Energetic, Communicative Finance & Administration Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in our Finance and HR Shared Service Organization by supporting various finance activities. In this diverse portfolio of activities you will see yourself collaborating with colleagues across our different offices and ensuring smooth finance operations.

**Key Responsibilities**: As part of our energetic finance and HR shared service team you will take ownership of the end-to-end invoice process, ensuring our clients receive accurate and timely invoices. You will collaborate closely with your finance colleagues and Solvint management to facilitate a smooth payment process, guaranteeing financial transactions are processed efficiently. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will be key in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also support in preparing monthly and yearly closing activities, financial reporting and general finance activities.

**Your Profile**: We're seeking a recent graduate with an academic background in Finance and a keen interest in this domain. You should possess strong administrative and communicative skills, be detail-oriented, and fluent in Dutch and English, with a good knowledge of French preferred.
