As a Business Performance Associate, you'll become an integral part of our international team in Steenokkerzeel. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct a wide range of analyses based on various requests, focusing on areas such as financial performance, procurement, spare parts, fleet management, and more. By delving into these analyses and generating insightful reports, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of different entities and contributing to the growth of the entire group.

You will skillfully gather and extract data from both external and internal sources, including handling unstructured data.
We encourage you to seek innovative ways to extract additional value from data combinations, bringing fresh perspectives to our operations.
You will identify and present essential KPIs, measuring their evolution to facilitate informed decision-making.
Effectively communicating your findings, you'll collaborate with colleagues in crafting action plans geared towards performance improvement.
Your contribution will extend to participating in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency.
You will provide crucial support to the Business Performance and Strategy Director, ensuring the department's objectives are met and exceeded.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Holds a higher education degree with a strong analytical background, equipping you to tackle complex data and prioritize actions effectively.
Prior experience in a complex international environment would be advantageous.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, you possess excellent presentation skills.
Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling seamless collaboration with subsidiaries worldwide.
Demonstrates proficiency in MS Excel and PowerBI, showcasing your data-centric capabilities.
Your passion for data and its potential to drive meaningful insights is unrivaled
Familiarity with SAP, Power Queries, Power Automate, or Power Apps would be a definite plus.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
