**Description**
As a Facility & Events Assistant you will be:
- Responsible for introduction and communication on facility and supporting services to organizers
- Responsible for branded material purchasing and stock management
- Responsible for visa letters and proof of accommodations
- In charge of briefing and coordinating with facility operations on programme or event set up and specificities (accommodation, food, check-out, payments, etc.)
- Ensuring that logístical and administrative support is provided to organizers/delegates
- Organizing networking activities (and associated logistics) related to programme or event organization (team building, offsite dinners, )
- Creating the relationship with colleagues at the welcome desk.

**Profile**
- You are highly fluent in English. French is a big plus, every other EU language will be appreciated.
- You have a bachelor.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are a great team player.
- You think pro-actively and act pragmatic.
- You are result-focused and have a great eye for detail.
- You are capable to adapt easily in a fast changing environment.
- You manage changing priorities as they arise, with a positive attitude.
