Robert Half is op zoek naar een ervaren Accounts Receivable Medewerker (M/V/X) ter ondersteuning van een bekend bedrijf in het hart van Brussel.
Onze klant is een gerenommeerd bedrijf met een internationale reputatie, gevestigd in het centrum van Brussel. Ze bieden een dynamische en professionele werkomgeving waar samenwerking en efficiëntie centraal staan. Het bedrijf maakt gebruik van SAP als ERP-systeem, wat een sterke plus is voor kandidaten met ervaring in dit systeem.
Als Accounts Receivable Medewerker (M/V/X) behoren de volgende taken tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het beheren van de klantenboekhouding en opvolgen van openstaande betalingen;
- Het opstellen en verzenden van facturen;
- Het versturen van betalingsherinneringen en opvolgen van klantenvorderingen;
- Het verwerken van binnengekomen betalingen in het systeem;
- Analyse en rapportage van AR-gegevens aan het financiële team;
- Het bijdragen aan procesoptimalisaties binnen de AR-afdeling.
Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die:
- Beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring binnen Accounts Receivable;
- Professioneel Nederlands en Frans spreekt;
- Ervaring heeft met SAP (grote plus, maar geen vereiste);
- Gestructureerd, communicatief en nauwkeurig te werk gaat;
- Beschikbaar is voor een opdracht van bepaalde duur.
