You'll also be responsible for managing employee benefits and ensuring our HR data and records are maintained with the highest standards of accuracy and privacy.

**How will you support us?**

**Benefits Administration**:

- Supervise monthly payroll adjustments, maintaining close collaboration with our payroll company to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, advising employees on benefit-related inquiries.

**HR Data and Records Management**:

- Carefully safeguard and update employee records, ensuring the utmost respect for data privacy and security standards.
- Partner with the HR Director on transformative projects that enhance our HR systems and processes. Feel free to take the lead on these projects if you’re comfortable, contributing your unique perspective to our data management efforts.
- Recommend and implement innovative ways of sharing information with colleagues and creating an inviting self-service experience for our HR communications and policies.

**Diversity and Inclusion**:

- Drive the movement toward a workplace that embraces diversity and fosters inclusivity.
- Innovate alongside our IDEA focus group, shaping groundbreaking diversity and inclusion programs and policies, which also intertwine with our HR landscape, that make a tangible difference.

**Recruitment and Staffing**:

- Cultivate a diverse talent pipeline and manage our recruitment platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
- Curate exceptional employee onboarding experiences, partnering with our support team to ensure a welcoming and engaging transition for new team members.

**Training programme**:

- Collaborate closely with the HRD during performance management processes, ensuring a supportive experience for our colleagues’ growth.
- Champion our office training program by developing comprehensive training modules aligned with colleagues’ individual development plans. Take the initiative to curate an annual training agenda designed to enhance the skills and expertise of our team.
