**Your future company**
Our client, located in Brussels, is a well-known law firm that has been in existence for over 30 years. The company operates in three different countries, with their Brussels office being the largest, consisting of 80 lawyers and 20 employees. They are known for their client-centered approach, expertise, and multilingualism. We are currently seeking a Junior HR Manager/HR Generalist to handle all aspects of Human Resources within the firm.
**Your new tasks**
You will be the first point of contact for all employee inquiries within the office. Your tasks will be diverse and varied as you will be responsible for recruitment and selection, as well as onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, conducting evaluations and organizing training programs will be part of your daily routine. Moreover, you will oversee payroll and social legislation in its entirety, with the assistance of a social secretariat, and develop a compensation plan and employee benefits program. Lastly, you will establish and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
**Your profile**
We are looking for a HR Generalist profile with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR. Strong knowledge of social legislation is required. Fluent English proficiency is essential with a high level of Dutch or French. Hays is seeking an independent, communicative, flexible, and hands-on individual.
