**Description**
- Preparing new claim files and managing them in all aspects
- Settling disputes in consultation with all parties involved and negotiating with counterparties
- Providing proactive telephone and written communication with all parties involved (insureds, broker, agents, insurers, etc.)
- Recovering damages from the insured and appointing an attorney if required
- You provide legal assistance to your clients, you process the claim files and recover the compensation from the other party
- You are in charge of car files, personal injury files and handling private or professional level disputes (depending on your experience)
**Profile**
- You have at least a bachelor's degree (preferably Master of Law/Bachelor of Law Practice) or equivalent experience in claims management
- Experience within legal aid and/or personal injury claims management is a plus
- Knowledge of Guidewire software is a plus
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French
- You are dynamic, customer-oriented and eager to learn
- You can set priorities well
- You are stress resistant, communicatively strong and a team player
- You are willing to develop yourself further
