**Omschrijving**:
Je neemt de rol op van enthousiaste en toegewijde Business Support om partners en directeurs een vlotte en correcte uitvoering van je werk te bezorgen.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

- Agendabeheer (planning en organisatie van vergaderingen en faciliteiten + opvolging + administratie).
- Bijstaan van partners en directeurs bij vastleggen van prioriteiten.
- Uitnodigingen voor evenementen, nieuwsberichten en mailings naar klanten.
- Organisatie van interne en externe vergaderingen en evenementen, identificatie van locaties, prospectie en onderhandelingen.
- Bijwonen van vergaderingen: notuleren, verslagen en verzamelen van documenten en agenda's.
- Facturatie.
- Beheer van elektronische archiefdatabank.
- Afdrukken, inbinden en opmaken van documenten.
- Samenstellen van to do-lijsten en vakantieoverzichten.
- Opvolgen van het CRM-systeem.
- Registreren van inschrijvingen voor seminaries en opvolgen van praktische zaken en facturen.

**Profiel**

Je bent of hebt:

- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden (je kan meerdere taken tegelijk verwerken en prioriteiten stellen);
- Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden om succesvol te presteren in een klantgerichte omgeving;
- Professioneel, toegewijd en hardwerkend;
- Proactief, in staat om initiatieven te nemen en flexibel;
- Stressbestendig (efficiënt kunnen werken aan deadlines).
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma Office Management/Talen of je hebt relevante ervaring.
- Je bent een goede communicator en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
