The Antiseptics business area at Mölnlycke is focused on eliminating bacteria that cause healthcare-acquired infections.
As a Business Development Manager/Junior PM Antiseptics, there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day. You’ll be designing and executing a (digital) marketing activity plan for the Benelux region, managing the total antiseptics assortment to develop long-term sustainable profitable business, and achieving agreed sales targets by commercially managing customers and identifying new accounts. All the while keeping our business priorities of digitalisation, customer centricity, and sustainability at the heart of what you do.
You’ll be our knowledge expert in the antiseptics portfolio, developing relationships with all decision-makers within the sales process to be seen as a trusted advisor. You’ll collaborate with a multi-functional team and make a significant contribution to our business development activities.

**What you’ll need**:
- Minimum of 5 years experience within a sales environment
- Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing position
- Relevant healthcare experience, preferably within a surgical or medical device environment
- Proven track record in account management and territory sales
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals
