We’re looking for a Key Account/ Business Development Manager Gloves M/F for our Belgian territory to help improve outcomes for healthcare professionals and their patients.
**The role**:
We are looking for a competitive, team-oriented and trustworthy Account Manager for the gloves assortment. In this role you will be in charge of maximizing sales and profitability within the designated corporate accounts, through retention of existing contracts and successful creation of new contracts.
To be successful in this role, you need to have the ability to continuously take initiative, contribute to the team, follow through on your plans, and listen to and act on our customer’s needs. Your commitment, clinical insights and commercial mindset creates the conditions for your own and our customers success. The role requires that you have a good understanding and knowledge of the health care industry's needs, motivation and way of thinking.
**Your Key Accountabilities will be**:
- Achieve agreed sales targets to commercially managing existing customers and by identification and development of new accounts in order to grow the business according to strategy.
- Lead the local launch of clean room initiative in tight collaboration with RPM. Secure all SP-material is in place in collaboration with the local product manager. Set and follow up on leading and lagging indicators. Consolidate an overview of tenders and competitive landscape in the region.
- Build relationships with KOL’s and decision makers withing the clean room segment. Identify new segments and channels to secure success of clean room launch.
- Demonstrate effective use of all available sales tools and materials provided by Mölnlycke to ensure sales targets are achieved. Proactively support digital transformation.
- Develop relationships with advocates to increase their support and usage. Ensure relationships with KOL’s and define appropriate action plans according to educational and commercial needs.
- Secure existing business and develop new opportunities through Account Management and by value adding selling to commercial decision makers.
- Responsible for accuracy withing production forecast.
**Competencies**:
- Clinical, or other relevant discipline, University BA degree
- 5 years’ experience in a healthcare environment working at Account Management level.
- Experience of OR environment and selling to both public and private customers across different markets.
- Strong busines acumen/commercial understanding, customer focus and leadership capabilities across markets.
- Strategic mindset and proven ability to drive change and innovative commercial development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong collaborator and networker with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
- Project leading experience.
- Product launches and follow up on leading and lagging indicators.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
There will be frequent travelling within the region including overnight stays.
