**Country Manager België & Nederland**

Boeren en Buren is een webdienst waar consumenten rechtstreeks bij lokale producenten kunnen bestellen. Sinds 2013 zet deze succesvolle Scale-up zich in voor een nieuwe sociale en positieve economie. Lokale boeren en ambachtelijke producenten worden eerlijk behandeld en consumenten hebben toegang tot verse lokale producten rechtstreeks van moeder natuur. In Frankrijk, België, Nederland, Spanje, Italië, Duitsland en Zwitserland zijn 1.200 Hives (Ruche/Buurderij) opgericht met meer dan 10.000 actieve producenten en meer dan 210.000 actieve leden. Zij hebben het gat in de markt gevonden en oogsten nu volop

Om hun missie in België en Nederland verder uit te bouwen is Boeren en Buren nu op zoek naar een Country Manager. Een leider in hart en nieren die het verschil wil maken. De verantwoordelijkheid van de CM is het leiden van een team van 5 mensen + enkele freelancers. Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor alle operaties die plaatsvinden in België en Nederland. Directe communicatie met het hoofdkantoor in Parijs, waar de 2 CEO's gevestigd zijn, en uitwisseling met de andere CM's (Frankrijk, Italië, Duitsland, Spanje) is een must.

**De opdracht**:

- Uitbreiden van de activiteit van het platform (Bruto omzet van 7 miljoen euro). De operationele strategie voor België en Nederland bepalen, activiteiten prognose, jaarlijks businessplan, budgetopvolging, beheer van de PnL.
- Het bestaande netwerk ondersteunen, animeren en laten groeien door te zoeken naar nieuwe hefbomen om het zakenvolume van de assemblages te verhogen: de gemeenschapsgeest van het netwerk ontwikkelen, assemblage leiders en producenten aanwerven en opleiden, meer leden bereiken via marketing
- en communicatiecampagnes, enz.
- Managen en laten groeien van een multidisciplinair team van 5 mensen (gespecialiseerd in verschillende onderwerpen zoals coördinatie van netwerkontwikkeling en -uitbreiding, communicatie en marketing, administratie zoals HR en boekhouding).

**Het gezochte profiel**:

- Door eerdere leidinggevende ervaring heb je leiderschapsvaardigheden verworven waarmee je je teams kunt inspireren en empoweren.
- Je bent resultaatgericht, je plant op basis van de resultaten die je wilt bereiken.
- Je hebt een hogere managementopleiding genoten (Business School, MBA, Ondernemerschap, Consulting, enz.).
- Je vlotte communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, leiden tot uitstekende interne, netwerk
- en externe (publiek/pers) communicatie.
- Je kunt niet stilzitten Je hebt een sterke operationele ingesteldheid en houdt ervan je handen vuil te maken, het terrein op te gaan en met alle belanghebbenden van gedachten te wisselen.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels, Frans en Nederlands.
- Je hebt een pluspunt als je ervaring hebt met netwerk animatie of leads.
- Kennis van de Belgische markt is een pluspunt.
- Je bent goed op de hoogte van de problematiek van de landbouwindustrie en foodtech en je wilt veranderingen doorvoeren ten voordele van de toekomstige generaties.
