HR assistant / opleidingsverantwoordelijke gezocht voor een tof bedrijf in Geel
Heb jij een hart hebt voor administratie en interesse in soft skills, dan ben jij de persoon die we zoeken
Het takenpakket is heel divers, met - in 1ste instantie - vooral focus op administratie. Uitsturen en opvolgen van evaluaties (zowel bedienden als arbeiders), het registreren van data die vb voortkomt uit een interne enquête. Registratie & opvolging en optimalisatie van subsidiemogelijkheden alsook het verwerken van evaluaties en een eerste aanzet uitwerken mbt analyse van de data daarenboven het opvolgen, opvragen en verwerken van data met betrekking tot interne coachingstrajecten; aanpassen van data op basis van gevolgde opleidingen.
Het 2de luik richt zich voornamelijk op de opleidingen. Afhankelijk van hun functie zijn verschillende medewerkers in het bezit van bepaalde attesten om zo hun job veilig te kunnen uitvoeren. Het is belangrijk dat deze opgevolgd worden in functie van hun geldigheidstermijn, mensen terug inschrijven, subsidies aanvragen,
Op termijn zijn er heel wat mogelijkheden en uitdagingen om verder te groeien in de softe kant van HR.
Profiel
We zoeken iemand die vlot en efficiënt kan werken met verschillende computerprogramma's en eigen softwarepakketten snel kan aanleren.
Je bent iemand die graag bezig is met administratie en de opvolging ervan.
Als persoon ben je een vlotte persoonlijkheid die snel is van aanpakken. Bovendien wil je graag groeien in de softe kant van HR op termijn.
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Nieuwe werknemers verwelkomen en hun integratie bevorderen
- Documenten voor de opvolging en het beheer van het personeel opmaken en actualiseren (sociale overzichtstabellen, salaristabellen, planning van vakanties,...)
- Individuele dossiers van werknemers opvolgen en updaten
De wettelijke aangifte indienen
- Personeel inlichten over sociaal recht en specifieke kenmerken van de organisatie
