**We’re hiring an experienced Clinical Data Insights Analyst to join our Research team. By analyzing the data coming from our clinical trial monitoring platform, you will generate key insights that help our internal and external stakeholders in making informed decisions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Explore and analyze data from clinical trials and CluePoints production platform.
- Collaborate with customers and internal CluePoints colleagues as needed to identify and generate metrics and insights of interest.
- Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards and infographics that provide clear insights to internal/external stakeholders.
- Author, edit, and quality review a variety of documents, including but not limited to white papers, blogs, use cases, abstracts, publications and scientific material on the knowledge base.
- Conduct comprehensive literature search using appropriate literature databases.
- Provide training and mentoring to customers and CluePoints colleagues as needed.

**SKILLS NEEDED**
- Possess an understanding of clinical trial database structure and processes in data management.
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as SaS, R or Python
- Experience with SQL.
- Ability to work with data visualization tools such as Sisense, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik etc. (model, analyze and interpret data) is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong aptitude for data analytics and working knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, as well as knowledge of clinical research methodologies.
- Relevant writing experience is preferred.
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills in relating to people both inside and outside the organization in a team environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 4+ years of experience in a clinical research environment
- 2+ clinical data management or central monitoring
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences discipline, but Masters or PhD in Sciences discipline is preferred
