As Senior Data Analyst you are responsible for creating and optimizing our Insights reports. Hereby you contribute to a well-functioning process for collecting, transforming and reporting insights from the available data. With the help of (interactive) dashboards you make sure that all relevant KPI's are structurally reported. As Senior Data Analyst you work within the Marketing & Digital team, closely collaborating with other departments as well such as Retail, Finance and Category Management. In your role you are the data specialist facilitating the business partners to drive data driven decisions within the organization. As a team we have many different stakeholders (from operational to management level in the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy). Besides that we are involved in many different projects (both technical and strategic). So what will be your duties? - You use different data sources and display the right KPIs for the different stakeholders in user-friendly dashboards; - You have the freedom to find new ways to express strategy in numbers; - You interact with different stakeholders to arrive at the desired insights; - You help colleagues with ad-hoc data issues; - You coach your colleagues in the further development of hard skills (data analysis and visualization). In short, a data driven position, where collecting, analyzing and reporting data is your goal What experience and skills do you bring? - You have a positive "can do" mentality; - You have at least a college+ level of education and have several years of relevant work experience; - You have experience in working with several tools relevant for data collection, cleaning, visualization, modeling, reporting and storage, tools for business intelligence and tools for collaboration and automation; - You are fluent in English and have the basic knowledge of Dutch (fluency of Dutch is a great benefit and more than welcome).
