**Role Overview**:
This role is ideal for a **seasoned Business Analyst** or **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** with expertise in **AI-focused projects**. You will translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technical teams. Your insights will drive the delivery of innovative AI solutions tailored to business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful AI solution delivery.
- Perform data analysis to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align project objectives and deliverables.
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in AI-driven projects.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience leading workshops and stakeholder meetings.
**Contract Details**:
- **Daily Rate**: €600 - €800, based on experience.
- **Contract Duration**: 6 months, extendable.
- **Work Arrangement**: 2-3 days per week in Mechelen, Belgium, with remote working.
