**Your impact**:

- Working **cross-functional**, with the different team leads in the organisation to frame hiring plans and build job descriptions
- Using your creativity to further improve our **employer brand.**
- Becoming an expert user of our **ATS system** (Recruitee), using data to track performance and suggest improvements.
- Creating pipelines for immediate vacancies and** talent-pooling for the future.**

**We’re looking for someone who**
- Has experience working in a** **fast-paced environment with (international) talent acquisition.
- Is an active listener and good storyteller, loves connecting with people and building long-lasting relationships
- Is hands-on and proactive
- Is passionate about people, culture and finding stellar talent and keeps up with the latest HR trends
