Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.

**Functieomschrijving**:
Within our client’s Project Delivery Office, you will offer the process actors support with the project delivery processes, the tooling and the financial processes so that they can bring the projects to a successful conclusion.
- You will provide support for project delivery processes and tooling : ServiceNow, SAP, Sharepoint, etc;
- You will measure and monitor progress throughout the project delivery processes, you will measure progress through the project delivery processes and prepare ad hoc reports for management;
- You will share process documentation and working documents with all process actors;
- You will make improvement proposals for the processes and tooling, you will advise program
- and project managers on project management disciplines and approaches;
- You will coach and adjust the process actors in the daily use of the processes, documentation and tooling;
- You will act as a reference point for questions and information about project delivery processes about all ideas, demands and projects;
- You will collect proposals on the improvement of tooling and pass them on to the administrators of the tool;
- You will ensure the preparation of the financial cost structure with a view to the correct registration of project costs. This includes, among other things : supervising the necessary validations, the financial closing of the projects and the collection and approval of information about the use of the financial resources;
- You will plan and organize the content of various committees and project meetings, and you will execute the decisions and actions taken;
- You will stay actively informed about the evolution of project management, methodology and standards within the IT sector to keep your knowledge up-to-date.

**Vereiste ervaring**:

- You have **at least a Bachelor’s degree** or you are equivalent through relevant professional experience;
- You have **at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a PMO**, having such experience in an **IT environment is a great added value**;
- You have a **thorough knowledge of project management methodologies, tooling and project processes**;
- Having experience with budget monitoring/analysis is a nice plus;
- You get energy from building and maintaining positive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders and you can easily adapt your communication to the person in front of you;
- You proactively keep your knowledge up-to-date and you promote the best practices in project management so that you become a reference point for questions and information related to PMO;
- You naturally bring clarity and structure to the processes so that they are correctly documented and the process actors know exactly what is expected of them;
- You have **strong developed communicative skills**, you are structured, organized and process oriented, you have an eye for detail and you are quality oriented;
- You are **fluent in Dutch, French and English**.
