**Systemen & Processen** is een gespecialiseerd team dat zich richt op het leveren van uitgebreide end-to-end project managementoplossingen voor het optimaliseren van HR-systemen en -processen. Met een sterke focus op het stimuleren van HR-excellence stellen we bedrijven in staat zich te focussen op HR-optimalisatie, de productiviteit van hun HR processen en systemen te verhogen en strategische bedrijfsdoelstellingen te behalen. Ons team van ervaren HR-professionals beschikt over diepgaande kennis van de sector en een track record in succesvolle transformaties om oplossingen op maat te leveren die voldoen aan de unieke behoeften van elke klant.
Als **Project Consultant** werk je samen met klanten en adviseer je hen over hoe ze hun HR- en salarisprocessen en systemen het beste kunnen ontwerpen, uitvoeren en optimaliseren.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Samenwerken met klanten om de professionele behoeften te capteren
- Creëren van delivrables in procesanalyse, waaronder use-cases, flowcharts, procesdocumentatie en risicoanalyse.
- Klanten ondersteunen bij het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en onderhouden van toekomstige processen.
- Begeleiden en adviseren van klanten bij tactische besluitvorming.
- Ondersteunen bij het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen, re-engineering en process design om bedrijfsdoelen te bereiken.
- Managen van projecten rekening houdend met scope, middelen en timings.
- Bijdragen aan strategische en project-beslissingen.
- Ontwikkelen van 'Processen en Systemen’ en uitbouwen van groei en cross-selling van onze diensten
**Vereiste ervaring en skills**
- Een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde of HR of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- 3-5 jaar ervaring in HR, bij voorkeur op het gebied van payroll en HR-systemen.
- Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Resultaatgericht en klantgericht
- Vermogen om use cases, documentatie, specificaties, test cases en technische rapporten en procedures te schrijven.
- Projectervaring is een pluspunt
- Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
- Stressbestendig
- Team player die graag interdisciplinair werkt
- Ervaring met BPMN 2.0 en BPM-suites is een pluspunt
- Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
