Your role as a **Project Consultant** will be to work in partnership with customers, advising them how to best design, execute and optimize their HR & payroll processes and systems.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Work with customers to understand business requirements and needs.
- Create business process analysis artefacts, including use cases, process flows, process documentation and process risk analysis
- Support customers with design, development and maintenance of future processes
- Guidance and consulting of customers and tactical decision making
- Assist in business process improvements, process re-engineering and process design to achieve business goals.
- Plan project execution in terms of scope, allocation of resources and deadlines
- Help to drive strategic and project decisions
- Develop business of Processes & Systems and look/search opportunities of growth up and cross sell of our business
**Required experience & skills**:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business/HR or equivalent through experience
- 3-5 yrs of experience in HR, preferably in the domain of Payroll and HRIS
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Result-driven, customer-oriented
- Ability to write user stories, requirement documents, functional specifications, test cases, and technical reports and procedures
- Project experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 and BPM suites is a plus
- Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
