**Responsibilities**:
As IT Service Desk Analyst you will be directly welcomed in a small, diverse, international, enthusiastic organisation.
**As our IT Service Desk Analyst, you will**:
Report to the Head of the Operations Department
Be involved in a European project delivering products regarding the FMD (Falsified Medicines Directive) to all countries in Europe
Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues
Are responsible for solving the technical incident in a timely manner and/or for providing a suitable workaround for the incident
Record and track all the interactions in the ticketing system (Service Management Tool, SMT)
Monitor progress of incident resolution relative to the appropriate SLA
Managing the incident life-cycle, including closure and verification follow up with end users to ensure complete resolution of issues
Follow standard service desk procedures & processes
Follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues
Advise staff on appropriate action & maintain the ownership of the incident & ensures updates
Where necessary, you work together with colleagues and with external parties/service providers to arrive at a quick solution
Create and keep documentation up to date (SharePoint, Knowledge base, etc.)
**Profile**:
At least 2 years of experience as a IT Support agent
You are analytically strong & solution-oriented
You're a great listener and register IT questions and problems communicated by end-users over the phone and mail
Lots of technical affinity, but also knows how to make the translation for the customer with your communication skills
Fluent English, excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
You see IT problems as a challenge and an opportunity to learn
You're friendly, professional, and helpful in contacts with customers
Knowledge of/or experience in ITIL environment
Work shifts of 8 hours from Monday to Friday
