**Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Account Managers, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the certification process.
- Maintain and update client records and documentation in the database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with the preparation and dispatch of Halal certification documents and any other relevant paperwork.
- Collaborate with the Account Managers in scheduling meetings, audits, and other key events in the certification process.
- Assist in managing communication with clients, responding to general inquiries, and forwarding technical queries to the appropriate team members.
- Support the Account Managers in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging Halal standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing knowledge development.

**Description du profil**
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
