**About the job**
Based in Brussels, Belgium, you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. Your role will be to lead in establishing and maintaining relationships with customers or group of customers as the main interface or single point of contact ensuring that their funded demands are translated into clear requirements for capability or services, whilst maintaining the Customer's satisfaction levels. **About you**
We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable Senior Account Manager with ideally Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience. A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.
At least 3-year experience relevant to Account Management is required.
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
