**Inleiding**:
We are looking for a **Compensation & Benefits Manager EMENA** for one of our clients, an international group located in Herentals.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
As Compensation & Benefits Manager EMENA, you will be responsible from A-Z for all Compensation & Benefits activities in the region. Your responsibilities will be:

- Lead projects around total reward, job design & job classification, career paths, compensation & benefits policies,
- Act as an expert on labour law and compliance in collaboration with external partners
- Research and evaluates market pay levels and trends to develop programs to attract, retain and engage talent
- Manage and coach the HR officers in your team who will be responsible for HR administration and payroll.
- Participate in benchmark surveys to gain the understanding of market trends and transform those trends into our company
- Play a key role in the annual salary review process, budgeting process and the bonus process
- Keep up to date on legislation that may affect compensation and benefits, policies and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Lead the EMENA Compensation Committee

**Jouw profiel**:
Are you an expert in Compensation & Benefits? Are you driven by numbers, employment law and by the human well-being in a company? Do you recognize yourself in the points beneath? Then maybe you will be our next Compensation and Benefits Manager
- Experience as Compensation & Benefits Manager, or HR Manager/Business Partner with experience in C&B
- Good knowledge about labour legislation
- Master / Bachelor degree with +- 5 years of experience
- Fluency In English and Dutch is required
- Strong leadership skills to bring projects to a successful conclusion
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate at all levels in the organisation, from shop floor to senior leadership
- Good analytical and critical thinking
- A high degree of personal motivation and a distinct sense of urgency
- Solution oriented
