The Product Management team of SynaptiQ is looking for a strategic Product Manager with a strong data and IoT mindset to shape the future of our hybrid platform capabilities.

Based on market and customer needs, you’ll lead the definition of new features for hybrid portfolios of our clients: combining wind, solar, storage and hydro in our Asset Performance Management platform. Connectivity to different types of renewable energy plants will be an important part of your role, ensuring that our platform meets the broad range of data requirements of our clients. You will be the driver of the development of cutting-edge technologies, data ingestion, hardware/software interoperability, and complex IoT structures on renewable plants.

As the expert in data management, you understand how the hybrid portfolios of our clients require not only a seamless integration, but also a new set of platform features - shaping the hybrid control room and reporting features of the future.

**What you will be doing**:

- Defining a strategy for data collection and ingestion, ensuring smooth integration of **wind**, **solar** and **storage** solutions
- Defining and building a roadmap for hybrid platform capabilities, including hybrid control room features, advanced analytics and integrated reporting
- Leading technical integration with industry partners in hardware/software interoperability
- Leading intakes with customers and prospects to define and refine the next generation platform features
- Supporting new customers to define their data strategy, and help them seamlessly deploy their full hybrid portfolios
- Working closely together with our marketing team to drive **external communication** and engagement, acting as a true champion for our platform
- Being at the forefront of new technological developments by participating in our **R&D projects** and pilot set-ups with clients to experiment with new hard
- and software

**Requirements**:

- At least **5 years** of Product Management experience.
- Experience in translating business and customer needs into a technical roadmap and into requirements for development and operation teams.
- Experience in data integration and IoT device management (SCADA, IoT, MQTT, streaming, OPC-UA, OCPP, Modbus, API,)
- A **customer-centric mindset**with affinity for **User Experience Design**.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You are able to sell the vision internally and externally.

**Bonus points** for any experience in the renewable energy sector.
