Data Analyst

As a pivotal member of our dynamic team, the Data Analyst holds a key position in comprehending and analyzing every facet of our logistics operations
- from order entry to cash flow. Leveraging state-of-the-art data mining techniques, the Data Analyst collects and interprets vast volumes of big data to unearth trends and predict deviations in customer behavior, market dynamics, and beyond. Armed with profound insights, the Data Analyst cleverly advises management on risks and opportunities through visually compelling graphs and charts, ensuring strategic decision-making that drives our distribution center's volume, real-time analysis, productivity, and on-time performance to peak levels. These analyses are communicated and scrutinized daily, underpinning our company's monthly reviews and fostering an informed, data-driven culture.

As we embark on an epoch of digital transformation, the Data Analyst actively spearheads the digitalization process, harnessing Tableau Software to monitor and develop an array of data sources and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). In conjunction with Finance operations, this role actively contributes to support budget and forecast, providing critical insights for sound financial planning and investment decisions based on Return on Investment (ROI) trends. Additionally, the Data Analyst takes action in cross-departmental projects and contributes to our ever-growing enterprise, CooperVision.

Technical skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, showcasing strong Excel skills.
- Fundamental knowledge of SQL, enabling the extraction and querying of data from databases to facilitate insightful analyses.
- Possesses a System
- and Business Intelligence (BI)-oriented mindset, with added expertise in Tableau Software and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Demonstrates a keen affinity with infographics and adeptness in utilizing tools to present data in visually compelling and engaging ways.

**Experience**:

- min. 3 years-experience in an Analyst position (with a strong analysis orientation) Experience working for an international organization is a plus

**Education**:

- Master’s Degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Digital Business orientation)
