Pour un de nos clients dans la région Bruxelloise, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Project manager en infrastructure/Voirie:
Mission:
- Etre en charge des projets voiries sur toute la Wallonie, ce qui comprend l'optimisation de la signalisation dynamique sur la E25 reliant Liège au Luxembourg (Projet PMV, poteaux lumineux,...).
- Etre responsable des aspects de sécurités, techniques, commerciaux, contractuels, qualitatifs, méthodiques et financiers des projets.
- Effectuer le reporting financier mensuel en veillant à assurer le rendement financier des projets ainsi que son financement.
- Mener et guider l'équipe de projet à l'aide d'une bonne préparation et planification.
- Suivre les 10 règles d'or du projet management notamment en matière de planning, respect des délais, suivi, gestion financière.
- Etre en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs, les clients et les sous-traitants.
- Effectuer les évolutions annuelles du personnel sous sa conduite et participer activement aux plans annuels en matière de formation et sécurité avec la direction du Department Project Manager et B.U.
- Assister la partie commerciale durant les phases de développement notamment pour l’optimisation des rendements, les choix techniques et la rédaction de l’offre technique.
- Participer également à la revue des offres avec la direction.
- S'occuper de la coordination du projet avec l'équipe et support, et organiser le travail de manière autonome avec le support de Department Manager.
- Assurer le suivi sur chantier les effectifs afin d'en assurer le bon déroulement.
- Avoir un leadership positif et bienveillant. Ayant le moteur du bon esprit d'équipe tant sur les projets qu'au niveau de la division Infrastructure.
Profil:
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire dans des projets d'infrastructure. Une connaissance de domaines d'activité de voirie est un plus.
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou d'un diplôme d'ingénieur dans un domaine technique tel que l'électromécanique, l'électricité ou l'automatisation ( ou équivalent par l'expérience).
- Vous parlez couramment le français.
- Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes informatiques (Suite Office).
- Vous êtes à l'aise en électricité industrielle.
- Vous maitrisez des logiciels de planning comme Projet Professionnel.
- Etre à l'aise en régulation et signalisation aéroportuaire est un vrai plus.
