About the position
Leading international IT projects to implement PSImetals solutions for the Metals Industry, managing the full project life cycle from requirement analysis through to Go Live, and providing technical consulting expertise to support specification, implementation, testing, commissioning, and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field;
- 2 years of experience as Project Manager;
- Demonstrated experience managing IT projects within industry settings and leading software development teams;
- Fluent in English and French, if you speak Dutch is a nice asset;
- Proficient in programming languages (Java or equivalent), databases (Oracle), and operating systems (Windows, Linux);
- MES or Industrial System knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to learn
- Being proactive is not just a preferred trait but a mandatory requirement for this role, as it directly impacts the success of our projects and team dynamics;
- Strong customer focus with a confident and professional presence;
- Independent, organized, and responsible work style with excellent analytical skills;
- Effective communication abilities and a willingness to travel;
- Experience in the steel or aluminum industry is a plus.
