Bij Belfius positioneren we ons resoluut als een “bank voor beleggers”. We lanceerden een first-in-class beleggersplatform: “Re=bel”, door De Tijd omschreven als ‘de spectaculairste zet in beleggersland in de voorbije jaren” Ondertussen mochten we al meer dan 90.000 klanten onboarden.

Om deze strategische pijler verder uit te bouwen zijn we op zoek naar een (Associate) Project Leader. Een niet te onderschatten rol in een razend interessant domein

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van de projectactiviteiten van je team volgens de agile approach (behoefteanalyse, scope, ontwikkeling, testen, oplevering en documentatie). Je beheerst ook het inhoudelijke aspect van je project en je werkt mee aan de analyse.

Je volgt projecten op doorheen de verschillende fases. Je garandeert een planmatige aanpak, de governance (timing, budget, resources) en de kwaliteit van de oplossing.

Je communiceert helder en tijdig naar al je stakeholders.

Je identificeert projectrisico’s en werkt indien nodig noodscenario’s uit.

Je coacht en faciliteert - samen met je team lead - de scrum teams bestaande uit engineers en analisten.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- Een bachelor
- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Informatica, Engineering, Sciences of Business Engineering
- Een eerste werkervaring als scrum master of project manager
- Een passie voor technologie en interesse in de allernieuwste ontwikkelingen
- Vlotte communicatie (NL, FR, EN) naar technische en niet-technische profielen
- Coaching vaardigheden en teamspirit

Je scoort extra met:

- Ervaring in de bank
- en/of verzekeringswereld
