Monizze is a leading provider of electronic meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, gift cards, and innovative platforms within HR services. With a focus on delivering comprehensive solutions to businesses, we are expanding our presence and adding a new role within the company. We are seeking a Project Manager to support our innovative services.
We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to join us on a part-time (3/5) freelance basis for a 12-18 month mission, with a possibility of extension. This individual will take ownership of the ongoing development and launch phases of a new product, ensuring its success across multiple internal teams and external partners.
The project has been underway for a few months but has reached a stage of complexity requiring advanced coordination across Monizze’s Product, Software Development, and other departments, as well as collaboration with key partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the coordination of project deliverables across product teams, development teams, and external partners.
- Ensure that project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are aligned and achievable.
- Maintain coherence and overall alignment of the project plan, monitoring and adjusting as necessary.
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication of project goals, deadlines, and responsibilities to all stakeholders.
- Track the project budget and ensure that spending remains within approved limits.
- Proactively manage risks and identify opportunities for improvement within the project lifecycle.
- Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items and resolving issues swiftly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication within Monizze and with external stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in tech or product development environments.
- Strong background in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work part-time (3/5), with flexibility to meet key project deadlines.
- Experience in budget management and milestone tracking.
- Fluency in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
