Jouw werkdag verloopt als volgt:

- Je geeft alle bestellingen in, maakt afspraken en handelt mogelijke klachten correct af
- Je beantwoordt alle vragen van klanten zowel telefonisch als via mail
- Je volgt de verschillende offertes op de voet op
- Je kan vlot klanten adviseren over onze verschillende digitale tools
- Je werkt maandelijks een actieplan uit rondom de trends, samen met onze accountmanagers
