We provide management support to international institutions, such as the European Commission (EC) and the European Investment Bank (EIB), among others. Your role

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the bids and providing horizontal support to the Business Development team. This is a role combining your attention to detail and knowledge alongside with your administrative skills. You will be required to demonstrate a combination of discipline, flexibility, and precision in all tasks.

Business Development Team coordination and support tasks:

Support bid managers during the expression of interest and proposals preparation process for international projects: supervision of administrative support following strict procurement procedures, contact with partners, experts and subcontractors, supervision of the administrative documents collection and analysis;

Quality control of expressions of interest (EOI) and proposals prepared within the unit;

Ensure that internal procedures and client procurement rules are followed across the unit’s workflow


Continuously update the unit’s pipeline and provide feedback to the BD Director.


Supporting horizontally the Business Development Managers in the analysis of projects at EOI and Proposal stages;

Working closely and supporting the BD Director in various other horizontal tasks related to the BD department.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;

Excellent organizational and follow up skills; ability to prioritize and excellent time management;

Professional, diplomatic and confident communicating at all levels within the organization and with external clients;

Ability to take initiative using own discretion and skills;

Computer literate: advanced use of MS Office: - Word and Power Point;

Excellent capacity to format and edit long Word documents;

Languages: fluent in English and good knowledge in French;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Rigorous, accuracy and attention to detail;

Work ethics, enthusiastic, flexible and able to cope with multiple tasks.

The position will take place in our office in La Hulpe, Belgium and will start as soon as possible
