**Operational Process & Performance Expert**
Location: Charleroi
Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l’intégration de nouveaux services et processus au département d’Infrastructure, de la documentation détaillée au niveau des équipes opérationnelles (MOPs), et la mesure de la performance. Vous serez en charge de l'analyse détaillée des KPI’s du département d’Infrastructure et de la déduction d’amélioration potentielle. Vous piloterez les initiatives d’amélioration continue au sein du département.
- Poste basé à Gosselies avec les déplacements sur Liège OU basé à Liège avec les déplacements sur Gosselies_**.**
**Vos responsabilités**:
- Prendre le lead vers les équipes opérationnelles et les partenaires externes Infra pour assurer la bonne performance des chaînes opérationnelles, être la personne de référence des processus intra-Infrastructure, et piloter l’amélioration continue
- Définir les KPIs de direction pour mesurer la performance des activités Infrastructure, mettre en place et maintenir le reporting de ces KPIs, et être force de proposition de (re)définition des processus Infrastructure et leur mesure de performance basé sur ces KPIs ainsi que sur des analyses de références croisées transversales
- Analyser les besoins de création et d’évolution de processus et leur mesure de performance à l’infra (intra-équipe/transverse à l’Infra), ainsi qu’identifier des améliorations et d’être force de proposition des solutions appropriées et obtenir les validations intra-Infra pour ceux-ci
- Identifier et inventorier les sources data pour le département Infrastructure, valider la consistance des data et identifier les améliorations nécessaires et potentielles.
- Fournir de l’expertise opérationnelle aux projets transversaux qui touchent à l’Infra et stakeholders opérationnels, ainsi que faire l’analyse d’impact, définir les besoins opérationnels pour les équipes Infra et assurer la prise en compte
- Définir, faire valider, prioritiser et suivre les demandes de développement / création dans l’OSS (DBC, Memento, ) en tenant compte des besoins des équipes Infra. Piloter l’intégration des évolutions d’outils IT dans les équipes Infra ainsi que chez les partenaires externes à l’Infra et mesurer les résultats
**Votre profil**:
- Expérience de 3-4 ans dans un secteur similaire
- Expertise en gestion de processus
- Expertise en domaine de développement IT (côté Business)
- Proactivité & autonomie
- Collaboration cross-fonctionnelle
- Résolution de problèmes
- Esprit rigoureux et analytique, capacité à modéliser et à synthétiser
- Français courant, anglais communicatif
