**Mission**:
For
**Univercells** to advance our goal of expanding access to biologics, it is necessary to work closely with stakeholders from across the global health landscape. The
**_Global Health Account Manager_** will support the management of these stakeholders by building internal capacity to understand and engage with a defined list of key global health accounts.
This role entails mapping the activities and organizational priorities of these accounts, tracking engagement with functionaries of these organizations, and ensuring that outreach to key global health accounts is consistent and cohesive.
**Responsibilities**:
Our
**_Global Health Account Manager_** will therefore work with Univercells Business Development and Marketing teams from across the Univercells group to gather and catalog engagement with key accounts, as well as advise internally on best-practices and recommended channels for outreach to key accounts. As Univercells is a group of company, the
**_Global Heath Account Manager_**will be responsible for coordinating GH engagement with the BD and marketing teams across the different Univercells affiliates.
In addition, the
**_Global Health Account Manager_** will be responsible for the hosting of site visits and events relating to key accounts. This includes coordination with site managers, colleagues and Univercells leadership to confirm and internally communicate the key objectives, rationale, logistics and relevant background information needed to ensure a successful visit/event. The
**_Account Manager_** will also be responsible for ensuring Univercells functionaries attending external events and conferences where they are expected to interact with stakeholders from key accounts are appropriately briefed and prepared.
The
**_Global Health Account Manager_** will actively contribute to defining and refining the Business Development & Commercial team’s activities, but are expected to work on:
- Identifying, managing and maintaining relationships with key global health accounts (including mapping relationships, tracking engagement and supporting engagement)
- Supporting Univercells leadership in engaging with all key accounts
- Ensuring internal organization-wide alignment on key objectives and business priorities when engaging with key accounts
- Monitoring calls for funding and grant-scanning, aligning with Business Development teams from across the group
- Preparing strategic briefings and internal memos to support and deepen engagement with key accounts
- Developing and maintaining a calendar of relevant global health events and conferences
- Supporting the Marketing and Communications teams by providing key messages relevant to key accounts, ensuring consistency in the gro
