**Navitrans Logistics is headquartered in Kortrijk, Belgium, with operations all over the world.**
Navitrans is seeking an experienced **Account Manager** to build existing business funnel and to manage existing key customer relationships for our niche-market software. This position oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, manage key accounts, and actively build a funnel of business opportunities. As part of a group of companies, this position works within an international team and is responsible to develop our key clients globally - representing multiple products within our industry. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.
**What your day will look like**:
- Maintain and develop strong relationship with current key clients and be a solution provider for growth and maintaining business continuity with each customer
- Operate as the lead point of contact of all matters specific to the accounts
- Identify business and create a progressive business development funnel
- Be able to identify and create purpose with key decision-makers, including business owners and executives
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams, including client support, product development and internal account leads
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of all software solutions according to the customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of sales initiatives to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM (Salesforce) tracking of all work as a communication and reporting tool
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Negotiate follow-on contracts
**About you**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales - ideally in the logistics industry and SaaS software solutions in an end-user solution environment
- Proven ability to build and manage business development sales funnel
- Proven experience in managing, upselling, and maintaining key accounts
- Ability to build interest through cold calling and lead development tools
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to client needs
- Ability to demonstrate value of our products through software demonstration, video conferencing, and as required, in person
- Technically savvy - and committed to accurate reporting and sales data management
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple account management at one time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- **Language Skills**_:_ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English (French is an asset)
- Legally authorised to work in Belgium or the Netherlands
