**Your Role**:
As a Management Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing daily organization and business support to our Strategy & Performance service line within the Accountancy department at Big4. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, colleagues, and suppliers, your role is integral to maintaining strong relationships and ensuring operational efficiency. The clients within this service line primarily consist of family-owned businesses, emphasizing the importance of respectful communication and long-term connections. Your key responsibilities include:
**Key Tasks**:

- **Calendar and Agenda Management**:

- Scheduling calls and meetings.
- Booking meeting rooms and restaurants.
- Resolving agenda conflicts.
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Booking flights, trains, hotels, and cars.
- **Document Management**:

- Layout and quality check of documents such as presentations, proposals, and letters.

**Impeccable Administrative Follow-up**:

- Filing, archiving, and scanning documents.
- Managing incoming internal and external calls.
- Filtering calls and taking messages.
- Layout and quality checks of proposals.
- Ensuring timely delivery of proposals.

**Ad Hoc Tasks**:

- Organizing client and team events.
- Translation and review of documents.

**Let's Talk About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Office Management or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Management Assistant or relevant internship experience.
- Proficiency in Dutch, English, and French (both written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proactive, communicative, and polite.
- Ability to handle information with diplomacy and discretion.
- Flexibility and resilience to stress.
