Junior Business Controller Into a Big4 Firm

To bolster our Consulting practice, we are seeking a Junior Business Controller at Big4. In this role, you will provide comprehensive management support across Finance & Controlling:
- **Project Financials Management**: Oversee key financial performance indicators (KPIs) for projects, including revenue, margin, and leverage. Collaborate with assigned Partners & Managers to report on project performance.
- **Strategic Advice**: Offer guidance to Project Managers and Project Partners on best practices to enhance project performance, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Transaction Oversight**: Ensure the adequacy and efficiency of project transactions, including revenue management and subcontracting, while upholding compliance with policies and procedures.
- **Credit Control Assistance**: Assist in Credit Control activities to maintain financial stability and minimize risk.
- **Training Facilitation**: Prepare and facilitate firm training sessions on internal processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
**Let's Talk About You**
To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
- **Educational Background**: A master's degree in Finance or Economics, or equivalent experience.
- **Relevant Experience**: Previous internship or relevant experience is highly advantageous.
- **Skills and Attributes**: Precision, dynamism, and exceptional organizational skills. Strong communication skills in English and either Dutch or French.
- **Personal Qualities**: A collaborative team player with assertiveness, proactive mindset, and resilience to stress. Motivated to contribute to improving business performance.
