Work directly within our clients' environments, supporting various accounting and controlling functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cost accounting, financial planning, monthly/annual closing, controlling, credit management, and tax returns. Engage in stimulating short and long-term client projects focusing on financial functions and change and development initiatives. Additionally, as a part of the FSI team, you'll actively contribute to shaping our FSI strategy.

Gain hands-on experience and exposure to all facets of accounting & controlling while working closely with accounting experts, paving the way for specialization. As an FSI professional, you'll have a primary focus on our FSI clients, allowing you to become an industry expert. Involvement in change projects and financial controlling developments will position you at the forefront of this specialization. As you build experience and confidence in tools and techniques, you'll assume greater responsibilities, evolving into roles such as (Chief) Accountant, Controller, Credit Manager, or Finance Advisor.
- **The wanted one**:
You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in economics, accountancy, or a related financial field.

You possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in an FSI-related context, coupled with a desire to expand your knowledge in the Insurance and/or Banking sectors.

You're inherently motivated to understand the business landscape and demonstrate a keen interest in FSI industry trends and market dynamics.

You recognize the critical importance of accurate accounting and robust controlling in driving business success.

You're adaptable and capable of thriving in various organizational contexts and across diverse accounting functions.

You foster strong working relationships with senior CFOs and peers, committed to adding value to your team.

You're open-minded, creative, and flexible, both in terms of time and location.

You're fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
