**Robert** **Half** is momenteel op zoek naar een **Financial Reporting Teamleader** voor onze klant in regio **Antwerpen**.

Onze klant is een echte **duurzame mobiliteitsspeler** in de Benelux.

**Als Teamleider Financiële Rapportage ben je verantwoordelijk voor**:

- Nauwkeurige rapportage van de financiële gezondheid van het bedrijf.
- Fungeren als sparringpartner voor het management bij investeringsbeslissingen zoals fusies en overnames door het leveren van financiële modellen en analyses.
- Leveren van analyses en rapportages over de financiële prestaties op maandelijkse, kwartaal
- en jaarbasis, inclusief budgettering voor KPNWE (27 landen) en prognoses voor het 5-jarenplan.
- Voorbereiden van analyses met betrekking tot de balans, winst
- en verliesrekening en kasstroom voor KPNWE, met aandacht voor naleving van wettelijke en bedrijfsrichtlijnen.
- Je geeft leiding aan het Financiële Rapportageteam en bent verantwoordelijk voor:

- Training en ontwikkeling van het team om de collectieve prestaties te verbeteren.
- Ondersteunen van diverse projecten rond financiële rapportage van verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen.
- Bijdragen aan de verbetering van systemen zoals SAP en diverse financiële tools en processen.

De **vereiste kwalificaties** voor deze functie zijn:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma in Financiën / Accountancy & Controle;
- Je hebt 6-8 jaar ervaring in financiën en 2 tot 3 jaar in een vergelijkbare functie;
- Je hebt ervaring met financiële rapportage en technische financiële kennis;
- Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards);
- Je kunt gedetailleerde analyses vertalen naar begrijpbare kernboodschappen;
- Als teamspeler en people manager heb je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je hebt ervaring met multifunctionele en multinationale teams;
- Je bent proactief: je denkt mee, denkt vooruit en oplossingsgericht;
- Naast sterk analytisch onderlegd, ben je flexibel en open voor nieuwe ideeën;
- Uiteraard ben je uitermate nauwkeurig en efficiënt, onder tijdsdruk;
- Je hebt gevorderde vaardigheden in Microsoft Office;
- Je hebt vaardigheden in SAP (R3);
- Je beheerst de Engelse taal vloeiend.
