Group Reporting Controller

**Division**

The Group Reporting Controller is part of the “Controlling & Reporting” team. The team is globally organized with around 30 controllers, each responsible for a segment, spanning multiple countries. The Group Reporting Controller is a key member of the team, reports to Head of Controlling, Consolidation & Reporting and has 1 direct report.

The Group Reporting Controller plays an important role in the budget & forecasting process, monthly group reporting and analysis. He/she contributes to the design and implementation of tools to issue analysis to help drive decision making and the design and implementation of accounting and reporting procedures.

**Tasks**
- Manages the monthly & quarterly reporting at Group level
- Supports the annual budget & periodic forecasting processes at Group level
- Manage financial dashboards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Supports the Head of Controlling, Consolidation & Reporting in ad hoc projects
- Prepare a variety of (ad hoc) financial analyses and presentations, providing information to support management decisions.
- Works closely together with the CFO and all other finance colleagues within the Group (over the different countries) and support them on a number of topics.

**Profile**
- At least 4 years of experience in financial controlling or auditing role (Big4 or second tier accounting firm).
- You have a strong analytical insight and a proactive attitude
- Demonstrate an interest in business analytics and tools

Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly communicate ideas and recommended action and to present at senior level

Good technical and practical knowledge of IFRS.
- You are good in written and oral communication in English

**Place of employment**

The team gathers once per week in Antwerp; the other working days you are free to divide between work from home and working from a local SD Worx office close to you.
