De organisatie realiseert complexe projecten binnen een industriële maar duurzame context en werkt samen met internationale klanten en partners.De financiële activiteiten zijn gecentraliseerd in de regio Kempen, waar groepsrapportering en consolidatie voor de Europese entiteiten worden opgevolgd. Vanuit deze centrale finance hub wordt nauw samengewerkt met lokale finance teams in verschillende landen. Group Reporting & Consolidation Officer - Regio Kempen Functieomschrijving Consolidatie & Rapportering: - Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van periodieke financiële afsluitingen op groepsniveau; - Consolideren van financiële gegevens van ± 20 entiteiten; - Opstellen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapporteringen, inclusief consolidatiejournalen; - Zorgen voor correcte IFRS-rapportering en Belgische GAAP-consolidatie; Proces, Analyse & Samenwerking: - Voorbereiden van audits en afstemming met externe auditors; - Nauw samenwerken met lokale finance teams en bespreken van consolidatiesheets; - Ondersteunen bij forecasting, budgettering en analyse van variaties; - Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en automatisatie van rapportering. Profiel - Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting; - Goede theoretische kennis van IFRS en waarderingsnormen; - Analytisch, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht; - Oog voor detail én voor het grotere geheel; - Niet bang om verbeteringen voor te stellen en door te voeren; - Sterke bruggenbouwer tussen lokale finance teams en groepsrapportering; - Werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt actief samenwerking; - Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels; Aanbod Je komt terecht in een stabiele, internationale organisatie met een no-nonsense cultuur en korte communicatielijnen.
