- Voor **regio Brussel** zoeken we een **meewerkend supervisor** voor de schoonmaak Jij leidt het team en zorgt ervoor dat de hotelgasten altijd in een schone en fijne omgeving verblijven.
**_ Jouw taak:_**
Meewerken aan het schoonmaken van kamers.
Het team aansteken en begeleiden.
Communicatie met team en klanten.
Uurroosters, planningen en kwaliteitsbewaking.
Inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers.
Bijspringen in omliggende hotels indien nodig.
**Wie zoeken wij?**:
- Je hebt **ervaring in de (hotel)schoonmaak** en bent niet bang om zelf actief mee te werken.- Kan je verplaatsen in de ruime regio van **Brussel** met de wagen? (Enkel bereikbaar met de wagen)**Timemanagement** is voor jou geen probleem.- Je kan de **schoonmaak controleren,** nieuwe mensen **opleiden** en zelf inspringen indien nodig.**Ervaring met het leiden** van een team is een pluspunt.- Je vindt **weekendwerk** geen probleem.- Je kunt vlot communiceren in het **Frans of Engels**, wat helpt bij het dagelijks beheer van je team en interactie met klanten.

**Wat bieden wij?**:
- **Meteen een contract van onbepaalde duur voor 30 uur per week.** Ook mogelijk voor voltijds.
Een competitief salaris van **€17,27 bruto per uur.**

**Woon-werkvergoeding/fietsvergoeding.**
Werk je ook in het weekend? Dan ontvang je een aantrekkelijke weekendvergoeding van:
