We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join us and undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You oversee the processing of company payroll with an extensive knowledge of social and labour law and follow closely changes in these matters. You have strong communication skills, both written and oral, in French, English and Dutch. MS Office does not have any secrets for you. Discretion and confidentiality are self-evident; a professional and positive attitude essential. You have a bachelor diploma (HRM) or a first experience in a HR or Payroll function. What will you do? Together with your 2 colleagues, you are in charge of the company’s staffing files (over 300 persons): Recruitment and onboarding: - Helping out where necessary during the recruitment process - Supporting the administrative part of the hire process (contracts, updating of HR-systems, Dimona,) - Organizing and animating the employees Welcome Day HR & payroll administration: - Assisting with HR and Payroll-related questions - Making addendums - Maintaining and updating employee records in the different systems (Expert Salary, Mpleo, Protime) - Administrating benefits, verifying and processing payroll data - Annual payroll activities: calculating ecocheques, end of year bonus, holiday money - Acting as the liaison between employees and insurance providers - Organizing staff activities and events You have an active role in ensuring that all HR processes are complying with local and federal regulations and adapt if necessary the existing procedures and policies. You also ensure that the internal HR policies, processes and practices are as efficient and high-performing as possible and you have an active role in improving the different processes and programs that are put in place. You make sure that the different properties are following our HR standards, policies and strategies. You are in charge to generate reports and analysis on general HR activities and answer governmental surveys. You assist configuring the systems used by the HR department (Mpleo, Protime); You work together with the prevention advisor regarding well-being at work. You assist organising the social elections.
