Nous nous proposons le poste en CDI sur notre site de Louvain, le plus gros européen d'Avantor Le site fait l'objet de nombreux investissements du groupe, lui garantissant un avenir pérenne et radieux

**Ce que nous recherchons**
- ** Formation** : 3 années minimum, idéalement en lien avec le scientifique
- ** Expérience** : idéalement plusieurs années dans un environnement commercial / support client
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack office, connaissances CRM/SAP sont un plus)
- ** Personnalité** : orientation client, proactivité, respect, gestion du temps et des priorités et capacité de travailler en équipe
- ** Langues** : vous maîtrisez le français et le néerlandais ; l'anglais est un plus.

**Comment vous allez faire la différence**
- Conduire des actions de ventes ciblées en soutien de la stratégie Avantor (promotions, ventes additionnelles, ventes flash)
- Gestion quotidienne des devis mis en place dans notre CRM, validation et envoi clients
- Interagir avec les ventes, marketing et clients internes pour améliorer nos process et nos ventes.
- Suivi de requêtes clients dans leur totalité : conception, suivi, deadlines, conversion...
