Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Project Manager - Electricity.
Als Senior Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van zowel renovatieprojecten als nieuwe technische installaties rond de distributie van hoog
- en laagspanning op de site van de luchthaven om de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisering van de luchthaveninfrastructuur te garanderen.
**Wat je bij ons zal realiseren**:
Als Senior Project Manager volg je projecten op van A-Z. Deze taken zijn hier onlosmakelijk aan verbonden:
- Overleg met de klant: Je overlegt de behoeften met de interne klant en op basis hiervan stel je een strategisch plan van aanpak voor.
- Voorstudie en studie van de projecten: concept, behoefteanalyse, opstellen lastenboek, aanstellen en opvolgen van studiebureaus, offerte beoordeling en shortlist maken van interessante providers (samen met Procurement),
- Organisatie en leiding van de werkzaamheden tot definitieve oplevering: sturing geven aan leveranciers en onderaannemers, waken over het resultaat, beheer van de technische fiches, etc.
- Regelmatig rapporteren over de voortgang van je projecten: scope, planning, budget, enz.
- Administratief en financieel beheer: opmaak van prijsaanvragen en kostenramingen, opvolging van het budget, controle van de vorderingsstaten, opvolging schadedossiers, etc.
**Wat jou onderscheidt**:
- In je rugzak: mínimaal 15 jaar ervaring in bouwkundige technische projecten, met een sterke focus op elektriciteit. Deze kennis kan je aanvullen met kennis of ervaring van distributie van hoog
- en laagspanningsinstallaties.
- In overleg schakel je zonder aarzelen tussen Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je omschrijft jezelf als resultaatsgericht, hands-on en je hebt oog voor detail.
- Contact met verschillende stakeholders is helemaal jouw ding. Intern, extern en op alle niveaus
