Total Rewards Coordinator- Human Resources - Leuven | Just now- You support the growth and attractiveness of imec by implementing smart, innovative and tailor-made reward processes together with our compensation & benefits specialist.- What you will doAttracting, retaining and recognizing world-wide top talent, is what drives our total rewards team. Your role will be to drive smart processes and complete their successful implementation.
You are responsible for end-to-end implementation in the following domains:
Compensation
- Ensure an accurate implementation of our yearly salary and bonus review process.
- Follow up on yearly promotions and ensure a correct implementation.
- Yearly delivery of our salary data to our benchmark providers and supporting our analysis.
- Check and approve ad hoc request in our systems.
**Benefits**:
- Coordinate the organization of various benefits such as our bi-annual windows to purchase extra vacation days or ergonomic home office equipment, the summer daycare for children of our co-workers, etc.
- Help employees and managers with the various benefit questions they may have.
- Perform regular checks for correct implementation across the organization.

- Keep our job framework up to date, by scaling new positions, evaluating their impact on compensation and benefits, and performing health checks for fair implementation across the organization.
