Two key parts of our ecosystem are Budweiser Brewing Group (BBG) in the UK and Compañía Cervecera de Canarias (CCC) in the Canary Islands.We are proud to have a team of 155,000 colleagues representing 135 nationalities and to operate 28 breweries across Europe.What You'll DoAs a Global People Business Partner, you will:Lead people-budgeting, organization design and future-proof operating-models: build the people package (budget), design structures or restructuring plans aligned with business strategy, evaluate new roles and assign grading.Partner with managers across the annual people cycle: support target setting, engagement & capability appraisal, performance review and merit processes. You'll provide training and data-driven insights to ensure decisions are grounded in facts.Drive employee experience throughout the full life cycle: from recruitment and onboarding to succession planning, learning & development, mobility and rewards.
