Job Summary:
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Associate HR Business Partner to join our team in Leuven, Belgium. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities:

- **HR Business Partnering**: collaborate with various functions across Belgium and other European countries
- ** Employee Relations & HR Processes**: generate employment contract, manage HR Processes and address employee inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR experience
- ** Training & Development**: contribute to the growth and development of our employees by supporting training initiatives and performance
- ** General HR Support**: Engage in a variety of HR tasks and contribute to impactful projects

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience
- Office based role with flexible working arrangements
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of Dutch and English language is required
