The Purpose:
In this role, you will join the young and dynamic Control team located at the headquarters of Leuven directly reporting to the Control Director of the Business Unit BeNeFraLux.

AS CF manager you will be responsible for one of the most important KPI’s in the company, Cash. Your role is diverse and you will be partnering with a broad team of stakeholders from several departments. (From Procurement and production to Sales and collections).

The Role:

- Preparing the budget for CF in our 4 countries
- Monthly forecasting of the CF
- Lead variance analysis in comparison with the budget and the forecast
- Continuous process improvement to standardize and optimize the reporting process.
- Monthly performance meeting with the BU-President
- Define strategies to sustainable improve CF
- Partner with broader stakeholders for initiatives and drive changes related to cash flow.
- Tracking of Cash conversion and other CF KPI’s

You will also be responsible for the commercial capex budget where you will be challenging the Commercial teams on their planned investments and allow investments which drive value.

You will perform post mortem reviews on the commercial investments

Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics or finance (or similar due to experience)
- Detailed knowledge on Balance sheet accounts and connection with P&L
- At least 2-5 years experience in a Finance role
- Experience in multinational or BIG4 is preferred
- Language: English, (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
- Familiarity with financial systems (SAP, Cognos) and advance excel skills
- Natural collaborator and team player with strong stakeholder management
- Proven ability to sustain high levels of performance in a fast-paced, output focused environment
