Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Project Manager - Apron Handling & Security Technics.
Als Project Manager ondersteun, coördineer en leid je technische projecten gelinkt aan alle technieken binnen apron handling (Boarding Bridges, PCA, DGS, 400Hz) en security technics (screening machines, toegangscontrole, perimeterbeveiliging). Je realiseert deze projecten samen met de verschillende teams in lijn met de gemaakte afspraken, binnen budget, binnen doorlooptijd, volgens de vastgelegde kwaliteit en volgens de geldende regelgeving.
In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Senior Project Manager.
**Wat je bij ons zal realiseren**:
Als Project Manager volg je projecten op van A-Z. Deze taken zijn hier onlosmakelijk aan verbonden:
- Voorstudie en studie van de projecten: behoefteanalyse, opstellen lastenboek, offerte beoordeling en shortlist maken van interessante providers (samen met Procurement), etc
- Organisatie en leiding van de werkzaamheden tot definitieve oplevering: sturing geven aan leveranciers en onderaannemers, zorgen voor het opvolgen van de nodige processen en regels (security en safety), waken over het resultaat, etc.
- Administratief en financieel beheer: opmaak van prijsaanvragen en kostenramingen, opvolging van het budget, controle van de vorderingsstaten, etc.
**Wat jou onderscheidt**:
- In je rugzak: eerdere ervaring in project management, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een diploma industrieel ingenieur (elektronica, elektromechanica,)
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van elektriciteit en automatisatie
- De verschillende MS Office pakketten, waaronder ook MS Project, hebben geen geheimen voor jou.
- Je beschikt al over je rijbewijs B. Je luchthavenrijbewijs? Daar zorgen wij voor.
- Je omschrijft jezelf als communicatief, klantgericht, georganiseerd en nauwkeurig
