In opdracht van één van onze klanten zijn we op zoek naar een Operational Manager Production in regio Aalst.
**Over de organisatie**
Je komt terecht in een internationaal bedrijf. Je krijgt er hier de mogelijkheid (door opleiding, doorgroeikansen,) om je continu verder te ontplooien.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als Operational Manager Production ben je verantwoordelijke voor de productieafdeling.Je bent verantwoordelijke voor de operationele planning, zowel qua inzet personeel als naar inzet van machines en materiaal.
Je coacht en stuurt het team aan.
Je volgt de operationele KPI’s op en stuurt bij indien nodig.
Je zorgt ervoor dat het werk op een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve manier wordt gedaan volgens de QHSE-normen.
In samenwerking met jouw team evalueer je de dagdagelijkse realisaties, de processen en procedures om bij te dragen aan continuous improvement.

**Jouw profiel**
Je hebt een hoger diploma, bij voorkeur een master diploma in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving, in een leidinggevende rol.
Je bent een people manager die mensen kan coachen, motiveren en overtuigen.
Je bent sterk in analyseren, organiseren en plannen.
Je bent hebt een sterk probleem oplossend vermogen: je kan om met diverse problemen en onvoorziene omstandigheden en je kan snel schakelen indien nodig.
Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Engels.
